Welcome to our small, but mighty library at Maysville Elementary. The room is small, but the collection includes over 11,000 titles managed by a certified teacher librarian; Ms. Kiki Boteler.
K-6 students will visit the library weekly for 50 minutes. These lessons will teach students:
1. all about books: how they are produced and how to care for them, and
2. all about libraries: how to use procedures and technology in any library to locate and choose books for different purposes.
And, of course, they will have time to talk about and look for great books to check out. Thanks for stopping by for a visit!
